Nigerian Visa On Arrival

Nigerian Visa On arrival approval letter from the Nigerian immigration service (without an approval letter you will be sent bank to your country). This letter can be obtained via the Nigerian Immigration Service website or through a representative or Visa agent in Nigeria (contact us).

  1. Scanned copy of your international passport bio data page.
  2. Date of entry into Nigeria.
  3. Date of Departure from Nigeria.
  4. Port or entry (the airport you’ll arriving in Nigeria.
  5. Hotel Reservation

Tourist / Visitor Nigerian Visa:

Nigerian Tourist / Visitor Visa is for foreign travelers who wish to visit Nigeria for the purpose of Tourism and travelers who wish to visit family and friends in the Country. The Nigerian tourist visa is available to all countries except ECOWAS nationals who do not require visa to visit Nigeria. The Tourist Visa is valid for 90 days.

Requirements:

  1. Passport valid for at least 6 months
  2. Completed visa application form
  3. Two recent passport size photographs
  4. Letter of Invitation from a company/host in Nigeria accepting immigration responsibility
  5. Evidence of sufficient funds
  6. Nigeria Immigration Service Visa Payment Receipt and Visa Acknowledgement Receipt
  7. Address of host in Nigeria or evidence of hotel reservation
  8. Valid Return ticket

Nigerian Business Visa:

  1. Passport valid for at least 6 months
  2. Completed visa application form
  3. Two recent passport size photographs
  4. A Letter of Invitation from a company/host in Nigeria accepting immigration responsibility
  5. Self sponsored business men may not require a Letter of Invitation but will be required to show evidence of sufficient funds
  6. Nigeria Immigration Service Visa Payment Receipt and Visa Acknowledgement Receipt

Temporary Work Permit (TWP):

The Temporary Work Permit (TWP) is available to experts invited by Corporate Bodies to provide specialized skilled services, such as after-sales Installation /Commissioning/ Upgrading/ Maintenance/ Repairs of equipment and machinery, Training /capacity building for Nigerian staff, Audit of machinery/ equipment and financial records. Applicants for this Visa might be invited for an interview. The Temporary Work Permit is valid for 90 days.

Requirements

  1. Copy of the Visa approval Letter of Approval from Comptroller General, Nigeria Immigration Service (pre-approved visa letter) valid for 90 days from the date of issuance
  2. Passport with 6 months validity and at least 2 blank pages for visa endorsement
  3. 2 passport sized photographs (35/40mm) on a white background taken within the last 6 months.
  4. Duly completed Visa Form IMM22 for visitors pass
  5. Evidence of payment of Visa fee

Subject to Regularization (STR):

The Subject to Regularization (STR) Visa is available to persons like:Expatriate employees of Companies and their dependents, Expatriate Technical officials of Missions, Foreign Students, Missionaries / Clerics and their dependents, Research Fellows.

  1. Passport with at least 6 months validity
  2. Completed visa form in quadruplicate with four recent passport photographs
  3. Four copies of letter of Expatriate Quota Approval from Ministry of Interior
  4. Four copies of credentials, certificates and curriculum vitae, all vetted by a relevant official of Nigerian High Commission/Embassy (English Certified translated copy where applicable)
  5. Four copies of offer Letter of Employment
  6. Four copies of Letter of Acceptance of employment, signed by expatriate
  7. Nigeria Immigration Service Visa Payment Receipt and Visa Acknowledgement Receipt.

Entry Visa/Freezone Guidelines:

  1. Visit the Home page of Nigeria Immigration Portal
  2. Locate & click on the appropriate application form to start the process: Entry Visa/Freezone Application Form
  3. Fill the Application form and ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE INFORMATION PROVIDED
  4. Click on ‘Submit Application’ button to view ‘Applicant details page’
  5. Click on “Proceed to Online Payment”
  6. Click to select Payment Currency “Pay in Dollars” option then Click on ‘Continue’ button
  7. If you select a processing country other than Nigeria, your payment will be in US Dollars. You will be re-directed to an approved payment platform to complete your application and make your payment in US Dollars.
  8. Please take your visa payment receipts, passport and other documents to the Nigerian Embassy in your Country of abode on your slated interview date for your Visa.
