  1. Please note that visa processing can be done only upon the completion of required documentation and clearance of payments.
  2. All visa application is for single entry only except stated otherwise.
  3. It is recommended to apply for a visa at least 5 to 7 days prior to your arrival. We require five working days (Sunday to Thursday) days to process your visa. In case your application is held by the immigration, it may take two more days for your visa approval.
  4. Upon the approval of your visa by the UAE Immigration Authority, we’ll send you a copy of visa to your email. Take a print out of this visa copy to submit at the airport’s passport control section. Original copy of visa is not required.
  5. If you are traveling by road and want to enter UAE by Road, you will need original visa copy issued by immigration which will cost additional 150 AED per person. (courier charges extra).
  6. Visa Approval is at the sole discretion of the Immigration Officials, and Oasis Tours & Travels should not be held responsible for the rejection of your visa application. Moreover, the OTT cannot guarantee that all applications will be approved. Once your Visa Application is submitted to the Immigration Department, the Visa Application Fee is non-refundable whether it is approved, rejected or in the event your visa is approved but you are unable to travel to the UAE.
  7. Some airline service providers may entail passengers for an ‘Ok to Board’ approval, which, at most, should be done 24hours prior to the stipulated flight departure time. Upon your request, the OTT can do it for you for an extra charge.
  8. If your visa application is denied by the UAE Immigration, we’ll send you a copy of the same for your record.
  9. A fine of 100 AED will be incurred from the guarantee amount, if the traveler is not able to travel upon the issuance of a visa.
  10. If a tourist does not leave the country on or before the due date, a penalty of 150 AED per day will be incurred from the guarantee amount.
  11. The security cheque of the guarantor will be deposited, if a traveler on Oasis’s sponsored visa has to face overstay due to imprisonment or committing of any crime.
  12. Once you leave the country, we require you to send us a copy of your passport’s page with the UAE immigration’s exit stamp. This will serve as a proof that you have left the country. Further, it enables us to double check it in our online system.
  13. The refund of security cheque is done only upon the clear confirmation of your departure from the country.
  14. A reliable travel insurance plan is inevitable to tackle unforeseen events like medical emergencies during your travel. If you don’t have one, the OTT can help you, though charges apply.

  2. Please ensure that you carry a valid, confirmed return air ticket.
  3. Another prerequisite is a confirmed accommodation booking in one of the UAE’s hotels.
  4. As a proof to ensure the UAE’s immigration officials that you can afford your stay in the country.

 

  1. REASONS OF VISA REJECTION
  2. When applying for a visa in UAE, the following 10 points can be the reasons for the rejection or disapproval of your visa.
  3. The visa application of a female visitor, who is under the age of 25 years, is likely to be rejected, if she plans to travel alone.
  4. The UAE immigration will reject the application that is submitted with the handwritten copies of passport from nationalities, such as Pakistan and Bangladesh.
  5. A visa application will be denied, if the applicant is blacklisted or is proved to the UAE immigration that he has committed a serious offense.
  6. The application may be rejected, if the applicant previously had a residence visa and exited the UAE without its cancellation.
  7. The application will be denied, if an individual had previously applied for a tourist visa and did not enter the country. In order to reapply, the previous visa should be cancelled.
  8. If photo used in the passport copies is blurred, your application is likely to get delayed or rejected.
  9. The visa application will be rejected, if the applicant’s profession is mentioned as a laborer, cultivator or other unskilled task.
  10. Typing errors in your visa application can lead to its disapproval.
  11. An individual cannot apply for a new visa for at least six months, if he had previously applied for a job visa through a company in the UAE and not enter the country.
  12. Chances are that the visa processing of applicants with identical personal details including name and place may be delayed or sometimes even eliminated.

These Terms & Conditions govern visa application and other related services provided by Travelo Nigeria for their clients;

  1. Travelo Nigeria acts as an agent on behalf of their clients in the submission of applications for visa and ancillary services to the appropriate institutions and/or immigration authorities.
  2. Travelo Nigeria shall not be held responsible for costs (directly or consequential) incurred due to any delay arising from incomplete visa application form, inaccurate/false information or documentation provided, or as a result of circumstances outside Travelo Nigeria’s control.
  3. Travelo Nigeria reserves the right to return any passport without the requested visa if the passport or the documents provided do not comply with the requirements or if there is insufficient time to process the visa.
  4. Travelo Nigeria bears no responsibility for costs incurred by an applicant or any secondary applicants while waiting for a visa to be finalized by the immigration authorities. These costs may include but are not limited to cost of flights, rent of accommodation, and loss of earnings or any other costs.
  5. Travelo Nigeria will not be held responsible should the immigration authorities or any other third party change their rules, regulations or processing requirements if that change has a direct effect on the timeline for delivery. However, Travelo Nigeria will use its best endeavours to minimize any delay or inconvenience caused in this respect.
  6. Travelo Nigeria is a private company and do not have authority to grant a visa of any kind. We cannot guarantee a positive result on a visa application. The final decision on all applications rests with the relevant organization responsible for issuing that result.
  7. Travelo Nigeria cannot influence any decision made by an immigration authority; any delay by an immigration authority in the issuing of a visa; or a decision to refuse to grant a visa.
  8. It is the client’s responsibility to provide Travelo Nigeria with all required information and documentation concerning the application. However, Travelo Nigeria may assist, where necessary, to provide documentation subject to clients request.
  9. Travelo Nigeria cannot lodge a visa application until it has complete documentation and any subsequent documentation requested by Travelo Nigeria from the applicant.
  10. Travelo Nigeria will use and rely on information provided by the clients in the provision of services to them. Travelo Nigeria will not independently verify or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of such information.
  11. Travelo Nigeria shall not be held responsible for any changes in immigration policy which affect the eligibility of a visa application at any stage while a visa application is being processed by the Immigration Authorities.
  12. Travelo Nigeria shall not be responsible to provide the relevant medical forms/vaccination cards to a client, should health examinations be required. Hence Travelo Nigeria has no part in the process of carrying out these medicals or providing these medical results to the Immigration Authorities for further processing.
  13. Travelo Nigeria will not proceed with visa application services until payment has been made.
  14. Our prices may need to be changed without prior notice as our prices are determined by exchange rates and changes in immigration costs.
  15. As soon as payment is received, the client is deemed to have engaged the service of Travelo Nigeria. Once the service has been provided to the client it cannot be returned. Where visa was denied, visa processing fees are non-refundable.
  16. If, after requesting for visa application with Travelo Nigeria you wish to withdraw the visa application and that application has not been submitted to the Immigration Authorities, 10% of the amount paid shall be deducted as assessment and/or administration fees.
  17. Where an applicant fails to honour a scheduled appointment at the Embassy, Travelo Nigeria shall charge N2,500 (Two Thousand Naira) only as penalty and to secure subsequent appointment at the appropriate Embassy.
  18. In the event of loss or damage to any passport or documents received, Travelo Nigeria liability will be limited to the actual value of the passport and documents up to a maximum of N10,000 (Ten Thousand Naira) only per applicant. Travelo Nigeria accepts no liability for consequential loss.
  19. Travelo Nigeria reserves the right not to provide any service without the client agreeing to our terms and conditions as set out herein.
  20. Travelo Nigeria is entitled to include additional Terms & Conditions should the need arise. The request for lodgement of an application to Travelo Nigeria by web, post, phone, email, constitutes agreement to these Terms & Conditions, including amendments thereto, by the customer.
  21. Travelo Nigeria will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by an Embassy/Consulate issuing an incorrect visa or incorrect details on a visa as this is out of our control.
  22. Travelo Nigeria shall not be held responsible under any circumstance, to compensate for any injury, accident, loss, damage or delay (whether directly or consequential), of any passports or travel documents by any third party courier/delivery company.
